Place seems shady at first especially after reading all the reviews. But it went smooth. Was the only place offering me a car at short notice and he gave us a decent price. Despite what the other reviews said, we managed to get our deposit back. Just have to check everything closely before the actual rental to male sure nothing happens.

Lastima no poder poner 0 estrellas, es un estafador, al principio todo bien y muy simpático pero a la hora de devolver la moto no estaba en el lugar, estaba una chica que decía ser su hermana y que el no estaba, que no podía devolver el dinero. Después de más de 2h esperando perdiendo nuestro tiempo decidimos ir q la comisaría de turistas a poner una denuncia. Fue entonces cuando apareció una mujer mayor para entregar la fianza con muy malas maneras. Si por mi fuera no volvería jamás a este sitio, un auténtico estafador.

I had a brilliant experience with KOT. I specifically wanted a dirt bike so I could ride some of the beautiful off road trails Northern Thailand has to offer. I asked to rent the CRF 250F, and the lovely man not only gave me a 200baht discount (from an already very reasonable price) but also kindly offered me the CRF300 Rally for no extra cost, which was a much-enjoyed upgraded experience for trail and road riding. He also lent me a good quality full face helmet and motorbike jacket for no extra cost which was brilliant.!The bike served me well and ran smoothly, the few times I wanted to adjust something on the bike or had general questions, my WhatsApp calls were answered very quickly and he was knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. I chose to leave my passport instead of 3000 baht deposit, it was returned promptly when I dropped the bike off and he was very understanding about me being a bit late! Had a great time, would recommend.

Excellent service and the only ones in Chiang Mai that offer motorcycle accident insurance and medical insurance. Plus, if you don't want to leave your passport, you have to pay a deposit (other agencies required me to leave my passport). Based on the service, the price, the trustworthiness, and their motorcycles, it seemed like the right choice. Great professionals with very good prices, and above all, the security of riding an insured motorcycle.

Während der Fahrt ist plötzlich der Zahnriemen gerissen. Den Vermieter konnte ich erst nach 30 Minuten erreichen, weitergeholfen hat er nicht. Ich musste mich selbst um Abschleppen und Reparatur kümmern. In der Werkstatt hat der Mechaniker bemerkt, dass der Roller allgemein in keinem guten Wartungszustand ist. Bei der Rückgabe (während der Öffnungszeiten) war niemand am Geschäft anzutreffen. Nach unzähligen Anrufen und dubiosen Ortswechseln für die Übergabe sind über 45 Minuten vergangen.

Found a random rental shop near the hotel, originally planning to rent a CRF250. Unexpectedly, KOT provided me with a brand new CRF300L for rental. The rate was 800 THB per day with a 1000 THB deposit (which I found quite reasonable). He even provided me with a riding jacket, helmet, and gloves. Over the 5 days, I covered more than 1,400 kilometers, visiting many beautiful places including Thailand's Golden Triangle, the White/Blue/Black Temples, Thailand's highest mountain, and more... Suggestion: If you’re planning to go up the mountains, it’s best to rent a motorcycle of at least 250CC. You’ll get an exceptional riding experience."
