I’m not someone who usually promotes businesses or flatters people — in fact, this is the first time I’ve felt genuinely compelled to do so. Before booking my hotel and planning my trip, I read a few reviews about Noot. As it was my first time in the Rayong area, I contacted her on WhatsApp and asked a lot of questions. What surprised me most was that she seemed far more focused on promoting Klaeng and Thailand as a destination than on personal profit. I double-checked her suggestions, trusted my instinct, and eventually booked her services — and I’m very glad I did. I rented a saleng from Noot for two weeks, she arranged my transfers from Bangkok airport to Rayong, organized visits to Pattaya, guided me on what to see in the Klaeng district, and planned a perfect day trip to Koh Samet via Ban Phe Pier, including all transfers. She is less a businesswoman and more a true public-relations person, always focused on the client’s interests. Warm, genuine, and with the biggest Thai smile, she offered excellent prices, never asked for a deposit, and handled everything simply and transparently via WhatsApp. Thank you for an unforgettable trip. The motorbike rental experience was overall very good. The bike itself was simple and did the job. What really made the experience positive was the owner — she was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Communication was easy, and she made the whole rental process smooth and stress-free. I would recommend this place mainly because of the great service and attitude.

We first rented a bike with sidecar, great price, delivered to the hotel, quick, friendly amazing service! Happened to ask about a snorkelling tour, she sorted that quickly and easily also!
