จากประสบการณ์ล่าสุด เราเช่ารถไป3วัน และได้นำรถมาคืนก่อนกำหนด1วัน และะเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ไปเช็ครถ และะเดินมาแจ้งว่ากระจกรถมองข้างด้านซ้ายหัก ซึ่งเราไม่รู้ว่าไปโดนชนอะไรตอนไหนมา และเราได้รับตกลงว่าจะยอมเสียค่าใช้จ่ายในการซ่อม แต่ทางเจ้าหน้าที่บอกว่า เราต้องรับผิดชอบทุกอย่าง และต้องจ่ายค่าเสียผลประโยชน์ ซึ่งรถไม่สามารถปล่อยเช่าต่อได้ ต้องรอการซ่อมในระยะ7วัน และได้ส่งใบแจ้งหนี้มา และยังมีค่าส่วนต่างเพิ่มอีก แต่เราได้โทไปเช็คที่ศูนย์รถโตโยต้า เป็นศูนย์ที่ทางเจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งว่าจะเอาไปซ่อมที่นั่น ซึ่งเราได้โทรไปที่ศูนย์ตั้งแต่เกิดเรื่อง เพื่อจะติดตามในการซ่อมรถ แต่ทางศูนย์รถบอกว่า ณ ตอนนี้ก็ยังไม่มีรถบริษัทนี้ ทะเบียนนี้ เข้ามาติดต่อเพื่อขอซ่อมเลย แต่ส่งใบแจ้งหนี้มาให้เรา เพื่อให้เราชำระค่าส่วนต่างเพิ่มอีก และจะมีเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้หญิงคนนึง พูดจาแย่มาก เราเป็นลูกค้าที่นี่มา3-4ปี ไม่คิดว่าจะเจอเหตุการณ์แบบนี้ และเงินประกัน10000บาท ก็ศูนย์ป่าว From the latest experience, we rented the car for 3 days and returned the car 1 day before the scheduled date.
