Both two member of staffs(I think they are the co-owners) definitely have a service mind at heart. With just one phone call they have answered all of my questions and dropped off the car within 20 minutes or so at the train station. The paperwork stage was straight forward with a clear explanation, also with some tips on how to drive that specific car down the a long steep hill. The messages sent through WhatsApp were answered pretty much straight away during the two days renting period, which is impressive. I would highly recommend this car rental company based on my own experience. PLEASE READ – Outstanding service when we were left stranded I honestly don’t know where to start. The night before arriving in Chiang Mai, we were let down at the last minute by a well-known international car rental company at the airport. This led to a very stressful and frantic search for a replacement vehicle, with hours spent checking all the big-name companies, only to find that none of them had any cars available. Out of desperation, I started searching locally in Chiang Mai instead. Chiang Mai Wheels appeared a few pages in, and within a few clicks I had reserved an SUV. To my surprise, within about five minutes I received a confirmation email saying my reservation had been received. After everything we’d been through, I was still very sceptical — could it really be that easy after two hours of stress and worrying? The next day arrived after about three hours of sleep, and we headed to the airport in Bangkok. On the way, I was contacted by a lady named Pang, who I can confidently say was absolutely amazing. Before we even took off, she had confirmed the vehicle, sent photos, and reassured us that she would be waiting when we arrived. As soon as we landed and turned our phones back on, Pang had already sent a photo of her location and was waiting in the car park. Within ten minutes, we were on our way north in exactly the same model vehicle we had originally booked — spotless, well maintained, and at a very reasonable price. In fact, it was cheaper than the big-name rental company that had let us down in the first place. I cannot recommend Chiang Mai Wheels highly enough. If you want better service, better prices, and clean, well-maintained vehicles — this is the company to use. And a special thank you to Pang, who made what could have been a nightmare into a completely stress-free experience. I will absolutely use them again.

Great experience. Pang was super communicative via WhatsApp, easy to make reservation online. She delivered car to my airbnb and picked up. 5000 baht given to her as deposit and returned to me when she picked up vehicle. Car was super clean and in good condition. She was transparent about some scratches and small bumps it had when we inspected it together. Highly recommend. Super easy and great service.

Брал в аренду авто на 4 дня. Прокатился по северу Тайланда с большим удовольствием. Спасибо большое прокату за то, что всегда были на связи. Процедуры получения и сдачи прошли очень комфортно, мне привезли машину прямо в отель (даже раньше чем было оговорено, что было очень удобно в моей ситуации). Сдал я машину в другом отеле (не в том, где изначально начинал аренду), что тоже было удобно. Касательно самой машины, мне досталась Toyota Yaris Ativ. Сама машина была чистой, внутри приятно пахло, авто досталось с большим пробегом, но обслужена хорошо, карплея не досталось, ну да ладно, мой штурман меня не подвел)! Единственный момент - это хотелось бы более свежие покрышки на передних колесах (все в допусках по меткам на покрышках, видимо в горах быстро стираются). Если планируете ехать в горы, просите по возможности авто помощнее, так как у этой мне не хватало мощности на подъемах. Зато на спусках было удобно использовать торможение двигателем (режим коробки Brake). На трассе все было более чем хорошо. Желаю всем отличной дороги!
