I strongly suggest not doing business with this company and also not with sister company Siam Rent. Very shady and non-reputable. I was on their website, entered dates and vehicle wanted and when the company emails back to confirm reservation they quote higher price. I sent screenshots of price online they quote but they just give many crazy excuses why it is now higher. They also list service for Bangkok, Phuket, and others but you won't find a physical address for any of these locations. Then then started sending messages on WhatsApp that were conflicting with what the company was writing through email. Also they state a sister company Siam Rent which doesn't really make sense why two offer the same product, same places. I'm sure they just keep creating new names to avoid the bad reviews and poor customer experiences. They want a deposit sent through cyberspace and with no way of physically tracking them who would send them cash? Deal with companies that provide offices and physical address and operate with some similarity to Western Standards. I ended paying more to a company owned by expats that had normal business dealings and doesn't want a deposit.

Siam Auto Rent is an excellent company to work with, and if you ever need a driver for the day, you should definitely check them out. Our driver, Ice, was wonderful. If you don’t need a driver and prefer to drive yourself, you can also rent a car from them. Our driver was punctual at pick-up. He took us to Elephant PooPooPaper Park and then recommended a delicious lunch spot, which he took us to as well. After lunch, he brought us to the Sticky Waterfalls. It was a fantastic day, and he was always available if we needed anything in the van. Thank you so much, Siam Auto Rent. We will definitely be back to Chiang Mai and will use your services again. We highly recommend Siam Auto Rent!
