I visited this location today after checking their website shortly before coming. I wanted to rent a medium safe deposit box for 3 years, which according to their own website is clearly priced at 9,999 THB. At the counter, I was told the price would be 15,000 THB. When I pointed out that this did not match the price shown on their website, the staff member explained that they cannot update or change their own website. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that they have not been able to reach a manager for months. To be clear: the staff member herself was very friendly and polite, and this is absolutely not a complaint about her personally. However, the company and management are extremely unprofessional. Advertising one price online and then charging a completely different amount in-store is not acceptable. Not being able to contact management and hiding behind outdated pricing is even worse. This experience seriously damaged my trust in the business. Friendly staff cannot compensate for poor management and misleading pricing.

I wanted a place to store some electronics while I was traveling. So I travelled to Siam Secure to rent a box. As I was reading the rental agreement I noticed these sentences: 1. Siam Secure carries no insurance to cover the value of goods stored 2. They limit their liability to the amount of rent you have paid 3. The renter agrees to the "General Terms and Conditions" There was no terms and conditions attached. So I requested to see a copy. After some time they produced a copy. The document was rather long but within it was statement that I will paraphrase here: "We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions as we see fit and we will NOT notify the customer of these changes." So my conclusion is that there is little customer security. No insurance, the same as no liability, and terms and conditions that can be changed as often as they want with no customer notification.
