Would rate lower than 1 star if possible. Completely unprofessional rental company. First off they delivered a different car to me than I had booked. Since I wasn't staying in Bangkok I just kept the car out of convenience. At the airport the driver dropped the car...didn't take my passport, license, credit card or anything. Just gave me the keys. Later I had to wire them the money for the rental as well as the deposit because they refused to take a credit card. When I returned the car the driver who spoke next to no english wanted 500 baht from me for a "cleaning fee". There was some sand on the floor mats but in no way was the car overly dirty beyond normal use. I told him no I'm not paying a cleaning fee because it wasn't mentioned in the contract. I heard nothing from them about my deposit so two weeks after I returned the car I talked to the CEO guy Thierry (who gave his own business a 5 star review below me btw) and gave him all necessary info for him to wire me my deposit back per our signed contract. 5 weeks later I still had not got my deposit back so I sent him a message asking when I will receive my money. One more week of run around and I ask him again to send me confirmation of transfer of my deposit. He continues to make bogus excuses claiming they can't send money to a foreign bank (LOL) and that he's been busy on vacation. Now he's upset and doesn't like the way I'm "talking" to him because I'm frustrated with his lack of competency to run a business and honor a contract he signed. He has messaged me saying that he will not be sending my deposit back to me and that I should talk to my lawyer. Will do! Just stay away...not worth the headache of dealing with incompetent people with zero care about the satisfaction of their customers.
