Amazing day trip to Doi Inthanon, including the waterfalls, nature walk past memorials/shrines/historical sights, local village for coffee tasting, market visit, a lovely lunch, nature trail walk (light) & twin pagoda visit. Thank you so much to Rainy, Mr Tiger and the other driver whose name I didn’t catch. Rainy had excellent knowledge of the history. It was so great to learn more about the local culture and language. She also had great knowledge of the herbs, plants and foods which was so lovely to see. Thank you so much! Mr Tiger was so kind to get us some delicious local oranges - thank you! Some reviews here complain about the coffee village not being big enough - you have to remember it’s a lot of sights to fit in one day. I’m so glad we got to have the coffee tasting and if I wasn’t doing more domestic flights and short on luggage, I would’ve bought more from the shop! The market had such delicious, fresh fruit and great snacks which you could try before buying. There were beautiful handmade clothes, bags and scarves being made by a skilful weaver. Getting to see the loom and purchase some scarves (they take 3 days to make!) was so lovely. We had enough ‘free’ time at each site to explore the whilst also being efficient and not having time wasted. Even though there were so many activities in one day, Rainy was tireless in helping all members of the group. Will definitely visit again to do the full hike tour and spend some more time in the gorgeous nature. Thank you again
