I’ve been living in Chiang Mai for almost two years. During that period, I've dedicated a lot of time and effort to finding a comfortable, enjoyable retirement apartment suitable for a single man. As you might expect, I've worked with various property agents, and I was hesitant to use FazWaz because, to be blunt, I found their digital platform somewhat uninspiring and unappealing to navigate. However, out of frustration, I realised that my prejudice against FazWaz might be stopping me from finding the ideal living space in my quest for the perfect retirement environment. So I contacted FazWaz, and Kibzy responded to my call for assistance, which, at that stage, was more of a cry for help. Over nearly two years, I had grown tired of dealing with various property agents who seemed indifferent, uninterested, and unhelpful. I had almost given up. I explained to Kibzy what I was looking for, and she immediately understood my situation and sent me details of several apartments. We met the next day and started what I thought would be the beginning of another long and challenging process—reviewing a list of dull, uninspiring flats with the occasional overpriced gem mixed in, as if part of some psychological game meant to tempt me into financial folly. Fortunately, to my surprise, Kibzy turned out to be the complete opposite; she listened to my concerns, understood my needs, and with a very professional, easy-going attitude, showed me a few excellent options. I was interested in one particular place, but before proceeding, I needed to make some adjustments. Kibzy, with her calm, professional, and unobtrusive manner, listened to my wishes, contacted the landlady, and made sure all my requests were met. I was very impressed with how swiftly Kibzy worked, her complete understanding and control of the situation, and the fact that nothing was too much trouble. Honestly, she was a breath of fresh air. In a very short amount of time, I was moved in; all the contracts were signed, the payments arranged, the standing orders set up, and the immigration documentation supplied. She even went above and beyond by organising the Wi-Fi installation in the apartment. Thanks to her thorough grasp and professional approach, I now live in a beautiful, bright, and breezy apartment with stunning views of the mountains, sunsets, a lovely swimming pool and a pleasant all-around environment. Thank you, KiB. You managed to turn what had become a nightmare into a pleasant, informative experience, leaving me very happy with my accommodation and the fantastic support from yourself, the beautiful kind landlady and of course FazWaz.

I had an amazing experience working with Prada from FazWaz, and I truly can’t thank her enough. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire housing process in Chiang Mai. She even helped me with transportation from Bangkok to Chiang Mai by recommending the sleeper train, which ended up being an incredible experience and made the journey so smooth. Prada also picked me up over 30 minutes away from the homes I had selected just to make sure I could see everything in person without stress. On top of that, she assisted me with simple but important tourist needs, like helping me get money out for the deposit, and she was an excellent translator between me and the property owner, which made communication effortless. If you’re unsure about housing in Thailand—especially in the Chiang Mai area—I highly recommend Prada. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy, seamless, and stress-free. I honestly wish I could rate her more than 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
