Went to Yamaha showroom due to my engine light being on with brand new 2025 XMAX. From the very start start they were rude, they want to order parts even though new bike and I had to wait 10 business day and just ride with engine light on. Head mechanic extremely rude and just keep laughing in my face. And both girls working in the office were terrible, I have a pic of the main woman. This has been the worst experience in Thailand since living here. I went to Yamaha service centre after this and they were amazing, offered drinks and finished the issues straight away. These staff should be fired.

I just bought a new Honda Forza. I am very impressed by the service and professionalism. The staff took time out to help me order a phone mount and an extra key for the bike. I recommend this place highly.

The service here is HORRIBLE. I went in to ask if they have bike rental and the lady said yes and give her a moment so I waited for 10mins. After 10mins she told me there's no bike for rent and need 2000baht for deposit and told me to go another street. There wasn't any customers when I go in, I just waited for her to do her paperwork.

I just bought a scooter here. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent.

Really? THIS place is the Hua Hin Yamaha dealer? What a horrible place! It's dirty and the staff are lazy and dirty! Maybe I have the wrong shop? Seriously?
