After renting out a bike for the day (very quickly and easily) I had a look at the place on maps to make sure I could find it again. I saw a few bad reviews about deposit etc. and started to get worried. However it was all for nothing as when I dropped back my bike the owner was quite friendly and gave back my deposit with no issues. Some of the vehicles have a few scratches but nothing major just maybe grab a video of any damage before leaving the shop. Apologies for the lengthy review, just thought I'd leave a more recent experience so people can keep an open mind when renting in pattaya. Great shop, fairly priced!

Tried to scam us with damage! I had before pictures+ full video and they still tried to scam us and their worker was very rude shouting and screaming infront of a restaurant. BEWARE! NEVER DEAL WITH THEM! in the end i called over a cop myself and showed him the video and he told the shop to not scam me

I don’t usually like to write bad reviews but I feel like I had to so that others are aware. I have been traveling all over Thailand visiting different cities so I’ve been to many motorbike rental spots where I’ve had experienced excellent customer service and all the workers or owners were genuinely kind and generous. However for this specific rental spot I’ve felt harassed. Before renting the scooter you are asked to put down a desposit , passport information, and phone number. Therefore the owners should have all our information. Even with all that provided he decided to chase me and my friends down the street while we were walking for lunch. We were walking to a restaurant and all of a sudden heard honking non stop. It was the owner of the bike rental shop .. he asked what time we were returning the bikes. We told him we want to extend it for 1-2 more days and he said ok no problem and left us. The next day he showed up at our hotel and told the hotel receptionist to call our room. He could’ve simply contacted us through our cellphones that we provided. We spoke to him on the phone and told him kindly we would like to extend 1 more day. The next day he showed up at our hotel at 6am to ask for the bike key back. I repeat 6 am!! My point of the story is, he made us feel like we were doing something wrong even tho it was PAID FOR. I’ve had no problems extending at any of the motorbike rental spots , they were all super chill and easy going about it and even showed us appreciation and was thankful for our business. DO NOT come here to rent a scooter unless you want a stalker / someone showing up at your hotel at 6 am.

Quite simply…DO NOT use unless you want to be scammed out of your deposit. As mentioned by other reviewers, the owner is the rudest person I had the misfortune to come across in Thailand. We originally hired for two days and left a B1000 deposit as requested. On the second day, the woman rang my phone 23 times whilst we were at the waterpark, to our shock as the bike wasn’t due back yet. I called her back and said we would be arriving shortly to discuss an extension. On arrival she started shouting and demanding we should be available to answer the phone if she calls. We extended for 2 more days (easier at this point than locating a new one). The bike then broke down whilst we were at go-karting the day afters (wouldn’t start). TWO HOURS later they arrived (it was 10 minutes away) and found out it was a battery issue which they fixed. The bike got through the final day, but when giving the bike back, it was missing the tiny keyring / key tag with the registration on, as it was so flimsy and detached whilst riding. She proceeded to charge us THE WHOLE B1000 (£25/$30) for a keyring. I obviously disputed this and threatened to call the police. She asked me where I was from, and when I responded with the UK she went on to make extensive racist remarks. There are plenty of motorbike rentals in Pattaya and I would advise using any except this one. Happy holidays.

THB 1000 für eine Honda Zoomer X für eine Woche. Kann nicht klagen. ABER auf jeden Fall Internationalen FS mitnehmen, denn sonst: An der Beach Road links abbiegen, und sofort rausgewunken werden, 500 zahlen, 24Std unbehelligt weiterfahren dürfen. Besser nach Osten von der Beachroad abdrehen, hochfahren, dann Buakhao nach Süden, und dann hin wo man will mit Vermeidung der Beach Road. Töff fuhr gut, Bremslicht ging halt nicht, Bremse hinten fast auch nicht, Hupe eh nicht. Aber fährt rasant, Reifen gut, und Vorderbremse auch tadellos. Alles Mai Pen Rai
