Mr trong service is 5/5. When we arrived at the shop he was not there as he was fixing a bike but we contacted him via whatsapp and he arrived back at the shop within 5 minutes. He gave us discount due to it being low season and dod not require a deposit. Mr trong is very polite and has great customer service. He is a trustworthy person to rent a motorbike from in hua hin.

Absolut zufrieden und vertrauensvoll ! Ich habe bei Mr. Tong für 2 Wochen einen 125er scooter gemietet, zu einem fairen Preis. Lief alles absolut reibungslos, gute Kommunikation via WhatsApp. Der scooter war zwar nicht der neueste, aber top gewartet. Gute Bremsen, Licht und Reifen. Für den ersten Tag bekam ich einen Ersatz Scooter, da meine Klasse nicht verfügbar war. Lieferung/Tausch wurde dann direkt am Hotel gemacht. Auch die Rückgabe war völlig problemlos.Ich würde jederzeit bei ihm wieder einen scooter mieten .

We rented Honda click for 2days. Mr Trong is really nice guy with good smile. He did not receive any deposit for us. We got small problem with monkeys attack. They bite our bike seat cover. It was damaged a lot. We were little worry about it will be charge a lot for compensation. But Mr Trong just charge us only THB 300 which is very honest price. We were so happy with this experience. Thanks! Mr Trong. We will come back
