บริษัทส่งรถน้ำมันไม่เต็มถัง เป็นความผิดของลูกค้าที่เชื่อคนส่งรถ แม่ว่าจะมีหลักฐานยืนยันว่า ในใบรับรถก็เขียนน้ำมันไม่เต็มถัง เป็นความผิดของลูกค้านะคะ

บริการแย่มาก หวยแตกตั้งแต่เริ่มรับรถจนคืนรถ พอจะคืนรถไม่มีที่จอดฝนตก พนักงานกางร่มมาเช็ครถ เช็คเสร็จเดินเข้าไปในออฟฟิต แทนที่จะช่วยกางให้ฝนตก ก็ให้ลงเองทั้งฝนตก ควรอบรมพนักงานให้มีใจพร้อมบริการให้มากกว่านี้

Excellent service,excellent car ,booking very easy on line ,picking up and dropping off was efficient and fast,Ju the lady at reception was very professional and friendly ,she made everything clear and easy ,I will rent again.10 out of 10 ,car was excellent aa well and very fuel efficient .

Their cars are in good quality and they speak good English. But you need a credit card to rent a car, which I think is weird. They copied your physical card including the card number and CVV number. So I m a bit concerned about the security of the card information. 1580THB a day for a new Honda civic is okay in my opinion

What an amazing coincidence! Rented from another global brand related to Budget in Bangkok and they tried to rip us off for 'tyre damage'. Luckily we had detailed pictures which showed the sidewall tear at collection. Fast forward to Budget Hua Hin. Collected a beautiful Yaris with just 7k miles on it... and the exact same type of sidewall tear. Smothered in oil of course - binds the cut flap to the tyre cosmetically at pickup - so almost invisible. Certainly not on the checkout form... bet it would appear at return! Raised this with the rental agent... perhaps they didn't know? Nope... they knew and said 'BQuick said it was OK'. Really? What an amazing coincidence.

We rented a car over new year. Nice clean car. Very good experience. Will definitely be using Budget Car Rental, Hua Hin again in the future
