I was initially skeptical of the overly enthusiastic reviews but now I understand why. As the name suggests, it was incredibly easy renting from them. Boss was quick and clear to respond to my questions, and very flexible in arranging for delivery of the car to my hotel and pick up at a different location. I needed to take the bus back to bangkok and it would have cost several hundred baht to get from my hotel to the bus station, hence I made the request to return the car at a different location and they agreed without any fuss. The Toyota Yaris had a few scratches at initial collection, but since I wasn't the one who made the scratches we just took note of it like gentlemen and I didn't have to pay for it. To summarize, they are charging fair prices, deliver to your hotel, are flexible for different return location, didn't mind when we requested change of time from 0900 to 0930 to fit the time we needed to take the bus back to bangkok. No wonder they are called Easy Car Rental. They are miles ahead of all the other car rental companies I have tried in various countries. Maintain the prices and continue to keep up the good work! Don't bother checking out other companies, this is without doubt the best car rental in Thailand.

Vielen herzlichen Dank an Peter, Patric & Charlie. Perfekte, sehr sympathische und unkomplizierte Kommunikation sowohl per Telefon als auch per Mail. Überaus nette persönliche Übergabe und Einweisung sowie Abholung des Mietwagens am Hotel durch Patric. Am Anfang gab es einen Hinweis, dass es nur noch ein älteres SUV gibt. Das war es dann auch, jedoch in einem super gepflegten Zustand. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal nochmals ohne Zögern den „alten" Toyota Fortuner - in meinen Augen noch ein richtiges, ehrliches Auto - mieten. Ganz klare Empfehlung

Charles and Peter were great to deal with and was very straightforward car was dropp off and collected on time was a nice car to drive and was very clean inside and out would 100% recommend this company to anyone and will use myself again if I’m in the area

Lots of companies get great reviews when things go well... but the real marker is when there is a glitch. Entirely my fault but nonetheless Peter was politeness personified, even offered to refund the non-refundable deposit. Ultra-professional. First class customer service, thoroughly recommended.
